This recipe should come with a warning - simple but highly addictive. These chickpeas are a breeze to make; the hardest part is keeping your hands clean because all you will want to do is pop these smooth, buttery bites into your mouth.
Cooked chick peas (if you use canned, rinse them off and pat them dry)
Smoked paprika (you can also use just olive oil and salt)
Put chickpeas on parchment paper on a roasting tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and smoked paprika. Mix. Roast in oven at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. They are done cooking when the inside of the chickpea is melted and buttery. They are best served and eaten immediately.
