Fun to make and full of "good for you" ingredients, this is the popsicle recipe you will keep coming back to. Encourage each child to pick from a variety of fresh and frozen fruits and make their own. Challenge them to find their own "signature" flavor!
A mix of fresh and/or frozen fruit such as: sliced kiwi, blueberries, sliced strawberries, diced pineapple, raspberries, blackberries, diced peach, sliced banana etc
Coconut water (or you can use plain water or naturally flavored seltzer.)
Let each child fill up the popsicle molds with a mix of fresh and/or frozen fruit. Fill with coconut water (or desired liquid). Freeze until frozen. Enjoy!
