Keeping up with the latest nutrition research is totally overwhelming. Is dairy good or can it be too much of a good thing? How much protein do our kids really need? You may have even see stories about kale, the food darling and nutrition powerhouse, being unhealthy if eaten raw. With all this noise and clutter, it's easy to throw up your hands and just feed your kids what they like to eat and what you can prepare quickly and easily, even if you know that it's not what is best.
