Build-Your-Own Breakfast Smoothie


One blender to clean, 30 seconds to prepare and everyone gets what they want. Build-Your-Own Breakfast Smoothies. 



Plain yogurt

Banana (freeze unused ripe bananas; they are also great to throw in here!)

Frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, mango, peaches for example)


Other flavors to consider: cocoa powder, spinach leaves, kale,unsweetened coconut


Start with a generous 1/2 cup of plain yogurt. Add a banana. Let everyone pick their own fruit flavor or combination and add about a cup of fruit. Add a few tablespoons of water, blend and ENJOY!
