These two ingredient chips are easy to make and fill your home with the wonderful smell of Fall. I only wish I had a bigger oven so I could make more than two trays at once!
Ingredients
2 red apples, cored
cinnamon
Core and slice two apples. The apples should be very thinly sliced. My children helped and we used a Spiralizer (click here to see and buy one) but you can also use a mandolin. Or slice them carefully with a knife. Spread them on two parchment-lined baking trays. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Bake at 225 degrees for 2-2:20 hours.
Note: after one hour, flip the apples over. Let them cool and harden once you remove them from the oven. To store, keep them in a covered container.
